Do you think the dealer advantage is big in cribbage? The crib feels huge but the non dealer counts first.

Dealer is favored but not by a ton. The crib is strong, but non dealer gets first count and can peg out early.

I treat it as a tempo game. When I am not dealer I push the pegging to steal points.

It evens out over a match because you alternate deal. The key is to maximize your own crib.
