We use closest to seven for the deal in lowball. Anyone else add twists?

No twist here. We re-cut ties and treat face cards as 10.

We let the 7 cutter pick if they want the crib or first lead.

We tried giving a bonus point for a 7 cut but it made lowball too weird.
